Empathetic Counselling &
Therapy Sessions Online
Trauma-informed online counselling for grief, change and reconnection with your authentic self. Gentle, grounded support to help you understand, integrate, and move forward with clarity and compassion.
Support Through Life’s difficulties and Grief
Life’s transitions — whether expected or sudden — can leave us feeling unsteady, disconnected, or unsure of who we are.
Grief doesn’t only arise from the loss of a loved one. It can also come from losing a relationship, a job, a home, a place, or even a sense of identity.
I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space to explore and make sense of these experiences. Together, we’ll navigate your healing through understanding, regulation, and reconnection — so you can begin to move toward the life that aligns with your true self.

Online Therapy for Grief, Change, and Reconnection with Self
A space to feel, heal and reconnect
Life can shift in ways that leave us feeling unsteady — through loss, transition, or change. You may find yourself grieving what was or unsure of how to move forward.
I offer trauma-informed online psychotherapy to help you navigate these experiences and reconnect with your body, breath, and sense of self. Together, we create a safe space to slow down, feel, and find your next step forward.
A place to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner wisdom — at your own pace.
Online counselling sessions provides you with the privacy and ease of engaging in therapy from the comfort of your own home, reducing stress and making the process more accessible.
What I offer
My practice draws from years of study and clinical experience in trauma, grief, and integrative psychotherapy. I work from the three-stage model of trauma recovery — safety, processing, and reconnection — and an understanding of how the nervous system shapes our emotional life.
In supporting clients through grief, I reference Worden’s Four Tasks of Mourning, Kübler-Ross’s Five Stages, and the Dual Process Model, recognising that grief is cyclical and uniquely experienced by each person.
Therapy with me integrates the cognitive, emotional, and bodily dimensions of healing. Drawing on principles from Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, I help you:
Reconnect with your body and breath
Recognise emotional and physical reactions with curiosity
Understand what drives those reactions
Choose how to respond in alignment with your true wants and needs
This integrative process supports deep healing, emotional regulation, and reconnection with your authentic self.
